Nature’s Connection to Spirituality
For me, the best ideas in life come either while in the shower or sitting in church. Years ago, during a beautiful service, several travel destinations just popped into mind, and I had the idea to write devotionals inspired by those locations.
Most people feel closest to God when immersed in nature, and I’m no exception. While exploring stunning or interesting new places, my mind immediately leans toward gratitude, awe, and humility. As much as I wish I could come up with inspirational quotes or meaningful messages while in that state of awe, they just don’t come. However, they sometimes come later, and I’m taken back to those locations I fell in love with.
